movement and scientifically proven calming techniques. The aim is to bring a world class course to help
people be happier, more fulfilled and ultimately to thrive in life. It is an honour to bring this work
to the world.
What can we change now?
The ethos is based upon the Irish proverb
“Mol an óige agus tiocfaidh sí”
Which means
“Praise the youth and they will flourish”.
This seanfhocal (proverb) emphasizes the importance of encouragement and positivity in helping young people to reach their full potential and build confidence, rather than focusing on their faults or mistakes. Postivity and joy are pivotal. We bring peace and kindness and look for greater growth and progress. We are not looking for perfection, we are looking for progress
